This section provides information on the different menu choices available in BodyWorks`. The menus are File, Options, Tools, Lessons and Help. You can activate the menus with your mouse, or from the keyboard with the <Alt> key and the first letter of the menu. <Alt-F> for example would activate the File menu. The individual menu commands can be activated with the "hotkeys" listed to the right of each entry. For a full list of the keyboard "hotkeys" please see "Using the Keyboard" in the "Using BodyWorks`" section, or refer to your manual.
